Digital grill

The van’s bumper houses a digital display screen concealed beneath a layer of paint. When in use, the display activates and becomes visible through the paint. Serving as a communication tool, the digital grill can display information about the van’s status with pedestrians and other road users, enhancing safety about when to cross, pass or turn. Additionally, when the van is parked the digital grill can be used to display promotions or other marketing information of the van’s business owner.

Front media light bar & DRL

Full width media light bar mimics the appearance of traditional headlights, creating a familiar visual language for pedestrians and other drivers, and energy-efficient daytime running lights (DRLs) double as indicators. Other key features of the light bar include battery status display, brand logo illumination, customizable messages, and safety alerts.

Driver Centric

Advanced driver display and infotainment system designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall driving experience. Positioned within easy reach of the driver, a high-resolution 15-inch touchscreen dominates the center console. It serves as the main control for the entire vehicle, with an interface designed for intuitive interaction; crucial data such as navigation instructions and vehicle controls are displayed to the right side of the touchscreen. This arrangement places essential information closer to the driver’s line of sight while auxiliary information is on the left side.

Two-Tap Rule

Settings for vehicle functions, from climate control to bumper graphics, can be accessed with no more than two taps on the touchscreen. Streamlined menus and logical grouping make customization quick and hassle-free.

Stay informed

Using 3D creation tool Unreal Engine 5, the user interface uses a dynamic digital twin of the vehicle, to provide real-time status information. This interface seamlessly integrates with the van’s physical components, displaying critical information such as door states, side mirror angles, lighting, and the digital grill. The digital twin ensures that drivers stay informed, enhancing safety and efficiency during deliveries.
